The users have to upload an image of maniok leaf to the web site.

logic:
Upload the
image to the website. First it will be recognized if it is a manioc leaf using
aforge libraries.
If it is a
manioc leaf, it will be compared with the healthy manioc leaves in the
database.
After the
image processing, it will be analyzed if the leaf if diseased or not and the
result will be shown to the users.
