Hepatic measurer

I did this project for SLIIT 4th Year Students for there Final research Project. this project use for messure the cancer capasity of liver.

Objective

The main objective is calculate capacity of cancer. accodint to CT scan image.

Process

First Upload the Prat of liver what get using CT scan

convert is to the binary image. (using pixel values of cancer cells and normal cells)

Scan Image. and color cancer cells and normal cells

Count pixel count while scan the cancer.

Using pixel count and some biological formula , get the capacity of full liver and cancer

I did not use any library to do this. Create my own algorithm for scann cancer.(Snake)
